Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 August 2026. These documents apply to the Pursuit AI platform operated by SaveCedi Enterprise ("Pursuit AI", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to the Terms of Service below and acknowledge the Privacy Policy that follows it.

Part 1: Terms of Service

1. The service

Pursuit AI is an agentic sales platform. It helps your business prospect for leads, manage a sales pipeline, follow up with customers, connect communication channels (WhatsApp, website chat, email, SMS), automate campaigns, generate sales documents, and monitor sales integrity and compliance. Features are provided through autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents whose actions you configure and supervise.

We may improve, add or remove features over time. Where a change materially reduces the service you have paid for, we will give you reasonable notice.

2. Accounts, workspaces and roles

Access is organised into company workspaces. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and is responsible for inviting members, assigning roles (owner, manager, member), and controlling what agents are allowed to do through the autonomy settings.

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secret.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens in your workspace.
  • Owners control shared integrations and can audit member and agent activity.
  • Invitations are personal and time-limited; do not share invite links publicly.

3. AI agents, autonomy and approvals

Pursuit AI agents operate under bounded autonomy levels that you set, from recommendation-only (level 0) through to supervised execution (level 4). Depending on the level you choose, the agents may draft, queue or send messages, update pipeline stages, schedule follow-ups and execute automation steps.

  • You are responsible for reviewing AI output where an approval is requested, and for the consequences of actions you authorise the agent to take automatically.
  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Human review is required for outbound prospecting and high-value sales documents, and is strongly recommended for all customer-facing content.
  • The agent is not a lawyer, accountant or compliance officer. Legal and regulatory decisions remain yours.

4. Acceptable use and consent

Pursuit AI provides tools to support lawful outreach: a consent ledger, lawful-basis recording, opt-out handling, and a setting that blocks outbound prospecting without recorded consent. These are tools, not a guarantee of compliance.

  • You must have a lawful basis to contact every person you message through the platform.
  • You must honour opt-outs and withdrawals immediately.
  • You must not use the platform for spam, harassment, deception, fraud, or illegal products or services.
  • You must not upload content you have no right to use, or personal data you have no right to process.
  • You must comply with the terms of the channels you connect (WhatsApp, Meta, Google, Twilio and others).

We may suspend workspaces that engage in abuse, unsolicited bulk messaging without consent, or activity that triggers fraud or integrity alerts we consider serious.

5. Connected accounts and third-party services

When you connect Gmail, WhatsApp, Twilio, calendars or other services, you authorise us to access those accounts within the permissions you grant. Credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to provide the service. Disconnecting an integration stops future access; already-synced data remains subject to your retention settings.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, account suspensions, or changes to their APIs and pricing.

6. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you put into Pursuit AI: leads, prospects, customer conversations, files, knowledge base content, campaign settings and sales documents. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that data solely to operate the service for you.

You can export your prospects and reports at any time, and you control retention and deletion through the retention policy settings in your workspace.

7. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on the billing cycle shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; the service remains active until the end of the paid period. We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice, applying from your next renewal.

8. Availability, security and liability

We target high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party channel outages may cause interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pursuit AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, unlawful use, or non-payment. On termination, your data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and your retention settings; you should export anything you need before closing the workspace.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana unless both parties agree to another forum.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and our role

SaveCedi Enterprise operates Pursuit AI. For your own account and workspace data, we are the data controller. For the personal data of your leads and customers that you process through the platform (messages, contact details, prospect research), you are the controller and we act as your processor, handling that data only on your instructions and configuration.

2. What we collect

Account and workspace data

Name, email address, sign-in identity (including Google sign-in), company details, team memberships and roles, plan and billing status, and your settings including theme, autonomy level, and notification preferences.

Workspace content you add

Leads, prospects and pipeline records; customer conversations across connected channels; files and documents you upload (including text extracted from them); knowledge base content; sales documents; campaigns and automations; consent records and lawful-basis evidence.

Connected account data

OAuth tokens and channel credentials (encrypted at rest), message metadata needed to send and receive on your behalf, and sync status for each integration.

Usage and integrity data

Audit logs of user and agent actions, response-time and SLA metrics, automation activity, fraud and integrity alerts, and technical logs used to operate and secure the service.

Prospect research data

Where you use the Prospecting Agent, publicly available business information from websites and social platforms, with source URLs and evidence notes attached to each record.

3. How we use data

  • Provide, operate and improve the platform and its AI agents.
  • Send and receive messages on your behalf over channels you connect.
  • Run automations, follow-up cadences, campaigns and pipeline rules you configure.
  • Generate drafts, briefings, insights and documents you request.
  • Enforce consent, retention, fraud and integrity rules in your workspace.
  • Provide support, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your workspace content to train models for other customers.

4. AI processing

AI features are provided through large language models accessed via our AI gateway. When an agent drafts a reply, scores a prospect or extracts text from a document, the relevant content is transmitted to the model provider solely to produce that output. Prompts and outputs are logged in your workspace audit trail so owners can review what the agent did and why.

5. Sharing and subprocessors

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service, under contract:

  • Cloud hosting, database and authentication infrastructure.
  • AI model providers, for the agent features described above.
  • Communication channels you choose to connect: Meta (WhatsApp), Google (Gmail and Calendar), Twilio (SMS), and email delivery providers.
  • Web research providers used by the Prospecting Agent to read public web pages.
  • Payment processors, for billing.

We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

6. Security

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, including AES-256-GCM encryption for stored integration credentials and OAuth tokens; row-level tenant isolation so each workspace can only access its own data; role-based access control; audit logging of user and agent actions; and automatic token refresh for connected accounts. No system is perfectly secure, and you should keep your own credentials safe and use appropriate roles for team members.

7. Data retention and deletion

Your workspace includes a configurable retention engine. You choose how long messages are kept, after how long lost leads are anonymised, and when dormant prospects are deleted. You can run clean-ups on demand or on schedule, and every run is logged.

Where you have not configured retention, we keep workspace data while your account is active. After account closure we delete or anonymise workspace content within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal, accounting or fraud prevention reasons.

8. Your rights and your customers' rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the product: export prospects and reports, edit or delete records, and manage consent and retention.

For the personal data of your own customers, you are responsible for honouring their requests. Pursuit AI provides the consent ledger, opt-out handling, anonymisation and deletion tools to help you do that. If one of your customers contacts us directly, we will direct them to you.

9. International transfers

Our infrastructure and subprocessors may process data in other countries. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by those processors.

10. Cookies and storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage for authentication sessions and preferences such as your theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version here with an updated date. Material changes will be flagged in the product.

Privacy questions and requests: contact us on +233 559048134 (WhatsApp) or through the privacy contact address configured in your workspace.
